Preparation
1. Peel and chop the shallots. Put them in a saucepan with the tomato puree and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes uncovered. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Cut the salmon slices into wide strips.
3. Chop the dill. Mix with the cream cheese and season with pepper.
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
5. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Top with the tomato and cream mixture; drizzle with a thin stream of extra virgin olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Once out of the oven, top the pizza with salmon strips, dill cream cheese, and salmon roe.
7. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
