1. Combine the vinaigrette ingredients, reserving the oil until the end. Set aside. If you don’t want to make the vinaigrette yourself, use store-bought balsamic vinaigrette.
2. In a large bowl or a wide serving platter, start adding the salad ingredients, keeping the eggs for decoration. Once assembled, pour the vinaigrette and mix well. Place the eggs around the platter.
3. Serve with garlic cheese bread or sliced Italian bread.
