1. Turn on the oven grill.

2. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.

3. Cut it again into three equal parts to get 6 portions.

4. Generously brush the inside of the bread with strong mustard.

5. Place the cheese slices on the bread, transfer to a baking sheet and grill for 4 to 5 minutes to gratinate.

6. Meanwhile, crush the cumin seeds in a mortar or coffee grinder to chop them.

7. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped cumin, salt and pepper.

8. Enjoy!
