1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Peel, core and cut the apples into pieces.
3. Rinse and dry the strawberries and raspberries.
4. In a large saucepan, mix the fruits and chopped hazelnuts with the sugar, 25 g of brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Cover with 500 ml of water. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the rum and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
6. In a small bowl, mix the muesli with the soft butter and breadcrumbs. Spread over the fruits. Sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
