Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Peel, core and cut the apples into pieces.
3. Rinse and dry the strawberries and raspberries.
4. In a large bowl, mix the fruit and chopped hazelnuts with the sugar, 25 g of brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Cover with 500 ml of water. Let simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the rum and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
6. In a small bowl, mix the muesli with the soft butter and breadcrumbs. Spread over the fruit. Sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
