Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C) and prepare a 12-muffin tin, lining it with paper liners.
Combine the first 7 ingredients together.
Beat the eggs, oil, compote, and milk.
Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients.
Add the apples and mix with a fork just until the dry ingredients are no longer visible.
Pour the batter into the paper liners and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, the muffin is cooked.
