1. Preheat the oven to 375°C.
2. Rinse the apricots and cut them in half; remove the pits.
3. Butter a baking dish and place the apricots.
4. In a bowl, whisk the flour with the milk.
5. In another large bowl, beat the whole eggs. Add the yolks, pour in the sugar and whisk the mixture until homogenous. Still whisking, add the cream, vanilla and flour mixture little by little.
6. Spread the batter over the apricots. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
