1-In a large pot of salted water, boil the pork ribs for 15 minutes.
2-Preheat the oven to 375F.
3-Drain the ribs and transfer them to a baking dish.
4-In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, hot pepper, garlic, and coriander seeds. Cook over low heat for 8 minutes.
5-Brush the ribs with the sauce. Add 2 cups of water to the bottom of the baking dish.
6-Bake and cook for 35 minutes, basting frequently with the cooking juices.
7-Transfer the pork ribs to plates. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve very hot with rice.
