1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
3. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Remove the foil. Let cool slightly.
4. Cut a slice of potato lengthwise. Remove the flesh from the potatoes, being careful not to pierce the skin.
5. In a bowl, mash the potato flesh. Add the milk, butter, grated parmesan, and cooked crumbled bacon. Put this preparation back into the potato skins.
6. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
