Place each trout on a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil. Close the edges of the paper to form a pouch.5. Place the tomato halves and unpeeled garlic cloves around the trouts.6. Use the remaining butter to brush the tomatoes and the top of the trouts.7. Close the pouches and bake for 20 minutes.8. Remove from the oven and serve in the pouches.
