Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C).
Butter and flour a mold with removable sides. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, coconut, milk, oil, and eggs.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold.
Peel and cut the bananas into thick slices. Place them on the batter.
Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract and let the sugar melt.
Off the heat, add the eggs and mix energetically with a whisk.
Pour this preparation over the cake and return to the oven for 20 minutes.
Let cool and cut into slices.
