Heat the oven to 350 F.
Mix the flour, nuts, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid mixture. Mix until the dough is just homogeneous.
Pour into a greased mold. Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding onto a rack. Let cool completely and wrap in aluminum foil.
