1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a pan, cook the minced beef in a little oil until it’s well cooked.
3. Transfer the cooked meat to a gratin dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the meat with cooked leeks.
4. Cover with sweet potato puree. Spread it well and, using a fork, make stripes on the puree. Cover the puree with breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with small pickles.
