1. Cut the meat into thin strips. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and chop the onions. Chop the cilantro.

4. Return the vegetables to the skillet. Mix and heat for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortillas.
