3. Spread with 3 tbsp (1.5 oz) of pastry cream. Cover with a crepe.

4. Generously spread with blueberry jam. Cover with a crepe.

5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 until the ingredients are used up. Finish with a crepe.

6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

7. For serving, cut the cake into equal parts among the guests.
