The sandwich:
1. Spread the inside of the egg bread with mayonnaise. Fill it with ham, Emmental, and a lettuce leaf. Close the bread and cut it in half. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Homemade Caesar salad:
2. In a robot, mix the egg yolk, lemon juice, and garlic. Add the oil in a thin stream while continuously mixing. Then add the capers, anchovy, and chopped parsley.
Tomato and bocconccini bites:
3. Gather on skewers the pieces of tomatoes and bocconccini. Season with pepper and drizzle with a stream of oil.
4. Dress everything nicely in your lunch box and refrigerate.
