1. Choose a large enough braising pot or cast-iron pot to hold the venison cubes and vegetables.

3. Then, add all the ingredients except the liquids and continue cooking for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally to color the vegetables well.
 
4. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F) and add the liquid ingredients. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 hours, then check the cooking, as the meat should be tender.
