1. Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C.

2. In a bowl, mix the yolks, baking powder, sugar, and butter. Add the flour and mix until homogeneous. Then, work the dough on a work surface to make it crumbly.

3. Lightly butter a mold and place the dough. Level everything.
Bake until the dough is golden brown.

4. Serve.
