Preheat the oven to 350°F.

1. Heat the milk until it’s lukewarm.

2. Dissolve the yeast in it and let it rest.

3. In the robot, mix the flour, salt, and sugar, and add the softened butter little by little to obtain a crumbling mixture.

4. Add the egg, mix, then add the yeast and milk.

5. Knead in the robot to obtain a ball that’s not too compact.

6. Place the dough in a floured bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a temperate place for 1 hour.

The dough is ready to be used.
