1. Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette and butter in a baking dish. Add vinaigrette on top. Pour the 4 tablespoons of melted butter over.
2. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 35 minutes for frozen broccoli or 60 minutes for fresh broccoli. Fresh broccoli is always better. Do not use frozen, unless necessary. You can also peel the skin off the stems and cut the stems into thin slices to make like water chestnuts added to the casserole.
