Galettes: In a bowl, make a well in the flour and crack in the eggs.
Add the salt, melted butter, and a little milk.
Mix with a fork, then dilute with the rest of the milk.
Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

In a large oiled pan, cook the galettes one by one, using a wooden spatula to spread the dough evenly.
Keep warm.

Forest filling: Grill the bacon in a pan, then add the mushrooms.
Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper, then add the parsley and mix well.

On a galette, place a slice of ham, sprinkle with shredded cheddar, and then add the mushroom filling.
Fold the galette and reheat it in the pan until the cheese is melted.
Serve with a small piece of butter and enjoy.
