1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
2. In boiling salted water, cook the carrots for 20 minutes. Drain. Using a blender, puree the carrots until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, milk and mix. Add the cheese and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
4. Grease the molds.
5. Pour the preparation into the molds. Place the molds in a deep oven dish. Pour in water up to half of the molds.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven. Let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding. Serve hot or warm.
