Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C)

In the mixer bowl, with the paddle attachment, mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar at low speed.
While mixing, add the egg whites, then add the flour in small quantities at a time, until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm it up.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator 30 minutes before using it.
Put the dough in a piping bag and deposit the dough, according to the desired shapes, on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.

Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
For cat tongues: let cool on the baking sheet to keep them flat
For Russian cigarettes, roll them up before they cool down.
For corolles, remove them from the cookie sheet to shape them on a rounded container.
