In a bowl, mix the flour, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
In another bowl, using an electric mixer, emulsify the butter with the grated cheese and 35% cream.
Carefully incorporate this mixture into the flour until a ball of dough is formed.
Flatten the ball of dough and wrap it in plastic film.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper or silpat.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4″ (0.5 cm).
Cut out biscuits using cookie cutters, then place them on the baking sheets, leaving a little space between them.
Brush them with beaten egg, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
