1. In a robot, mix the flour added with salt with water.
2. Add a little water at a time until you get a soft but not sticky dough.
3. Place the dough on a floured work surface.
4. Cut the dough into equal parts and shape them into balls, then hollow them out and fill them with grated cheese. Close the dough well.
5. Flatten these stuffed balls by hand to form patties.
6. Cook your pupusa in a non-stick pan for 2 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
