1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Butter a deep tart dish.

4. Peel the pears, cut in half and slice into a fan shape.
5. In a bowl, mix the sugar, cornstarch, cream cheese, cream, grated lemon zest, and salt. Incorporate the eggs to have a smooth paste.
6. Pour this mixture into the mold and arrange the pear halves on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 50 minutes in the oven.
7. Remove from the oven, let cool on a rack before unmolding and serve immediately.
