1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until the mixture is pale. Add the cream and mix well. Add the flour and baking powder, whisking. Add 2 tablespoons of chestnut syrup.

2. Grease and sugar the individual molds. Leave waiting.

3. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

4. Cut the chestnuts in half and the chocolate into small pieces. Place the chestnuts and chocolate in the molds. Pour the preparation over them.

5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Unmold and let cool before serving.
