Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Grease an 8 and 1/2 x 4 and 1/2 inch (21 cm x 11.5 cm) cake pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, work the butter with your fingers with the flour, baking powder and curry.
Add the eggs and milk to dilute the preparation.
Add the chicken pieces and chopped coriander and mix.
Pour the preparation into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
To check the cooking of the cake, prick with a knife: if the blade is dry, it is cooked, otherwise, the cooking must be continued a little.
Unmold and let cool on a rack.
