Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C)
In a large bowl, beat the egg and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
In another large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and oregano. Set aside.
Put all the chicken strips in the egg/mustard mixture and stir well so they are well coated.
Then transfer the chicken strips to the breadcrumb mixture and again stir well so they are breaded on all sides.
Place the chicken strips on a silicone mat, in a single layer.
Bake and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
