1. Chop the cooked chicken breast in a food processor. Add parsley, mayonnaise, and yuzu juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut a baguette in half lengthwise.

3. Brush the inside of the baguette with a mixture of yuzu juice and olive oil.

4. Fill with chicken mixture. Close the baguette and wrap in plastic film.

5. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into thin slices.
