Preheat oven to 400°F.
1. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange tortillas on the sheet; spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
2. Arrange tortillas in the bottom and up the sides of 4 salad bowls. Put 1/4 of the lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, and cheese in each bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, salsa, cumin, and pepper sauce. Drizzle about 3 T. of the dressing over each salad.
