Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brown the chicken breasts with oil, BBQ spices, and paprika over medium-high heat. In a 9×13 inch (22×32 cm) oven-safe dish, combine the rice, water, chicken base, vegetables, and chicken breasts. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes. After this time, remove from the oven and pour in the chicken cream. Cover and return to the oven for an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
* If there is too much water before returning to the oven, make holes in the aluminum foil.
* You can also replace the chicken cream with broccoli, celery, or other cream.
