Preparation
Brown the beef cubes in a large pot with margarine. Remove the browned beef, add the celery, chopped onions, and a can of chicken broth and a can of water. Boil and put in the oven at 325 F for an hour and a half. Let cool. Chop the meat, onions, celery, and carrots in a meat grinder. Add some chicken broth to the meat so the mixture is less dry. Add the creamed corn and mashed potatoes, add butter (or margarine) on the potatoes and put back in the oven at 400 F for 40 or 60 minutes. After, put on ‘broil’ to roast the potatoes and serve.
