Pastry cream:
Heat the milk and vanilla until boiling point.
Meanwhile, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and flour and mix well until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Gradually pour the hot milk over the egg mixture and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the saucepan and let it thicken over the fire without stopping to whisk.
Cover the saucepan with plastic wrap and let it cool completely.

Dough:
In the robot, put all the ingredients in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Dough program (1h20)

At the end of the program, stretch the dough into a large rectangle.
Cover the dough completely with pastry cream, then sprinkle with 3/4 of the praline
Roll the dough into a large log, then cut it into 8 pieces.
Place the pieces in a large 10″ (25 cm) round mold and sprinkle with the remaining praline.
Cover with a cloth, then let it rise for another hour.

Brush with beaten egg, then bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180 C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
