1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
3. With the robot, using the flat beater, beat the butter and sugar until they are frothy. Add the eggs one by one, beating after each addition. Add the melted chocolate and mix.
4. Add the flour, coconut powder, and pastry powder and mix gently. Add the milk and mix.
5. Fill the muffin molds three-quarters full.
6. Bake for about 18 minutes.
7. Remove the molds from the oven and let them cool completely.
8. For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Off the heat, add the butter little by little, mixing until you get a smooth mixture. Let it cool.
9. Decorate with coconut flakes and serve.
