Panna Cotta:Soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water.Heat the cream until it boils.Melt the gelatin for 20 seconds in the microwave and mix it with the cream.Divide the cream into two equal parts.In the first part, add the 4 crushed biscuits and mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous texture.Pour the mixture into 6 glasses and let it set in the refrigerator.In the second part of the cream, add the orange juice and pour the mixture into the glasses on top of the chocolate panna cotta.Refrigerate until set.Orange Jelly:Soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of water.Heat the orange juice until it boils, then add the melted gelatin (20 seconds in the microwave) and mix well.Pour the mixture over the panna cotta and refrigerate until set.Decorate with crumbled chocolate biscuits.
