Break the chocolate and praline into pieces in the bowl of a double boiler and melt, stirring until smooth and homogeneous.

Crush the Gavottes by crumbling them with your fingers and add them to the chocolate-praline mixture. Mix well with a rubber spatula.

Separate the preparation into mini silicone muffin molds or if you use classic mini muffin molds, you will need to line them with plastic wrap.
Smooth the surface and let it set in the refrigerator.

Unmold, serve and enjoy!
