1. Cut the oranges into 6 slices, keeping the peel.
2. In a pan, melt the butter and brown the orange slices on each side.
3. Deglaze with rum, sprinkle with sugar and let caramelize for 3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and serve with the chocolate sauce.
