Knead for 5 minutes.Let dough rest for 30 minutes on a floured work surface covered with plastic wrap.Cut dough into 5 equal pieces.Incorporate chorizo cubes and shape into baguettes.Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 1 hour.Preheat oven to 450°F (240°C). Place baguettes on the baking sheet.When baguettes have risen, gently slide them onto the preheated baking sheet.Pour 1/2 cup of water into the metal container and close the oven door.Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (180°C).Let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.Remove from oven and let cool on a rack.
