Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
2. Wash and dry the bell peppers. Wrap them in aluminum foil.
3. Bake for 40 minutes until they are well roasted. Transfer them to a plastic bag to make the skin come off more easily, 5 minutes.
4. Peel the roasted bell peppers and cut them into small pieces. Reserve.
5. In a saucepan, cook the bell peppers, vinegar, pastis, sugar, and half of the chives for 2 minutes. Let cool.
6. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and the remaining chives.
7. Cut the naan bread into small triangles.
8. Place a little flavored yogurt on each triangle. Top with the roasted bell pepper mixture and serve.
