Select the manual cycle
Once the cycle is complete, roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Add only the flour necessary so that it doesn’t stick.
Brush with melted butter.
Mix the softened butter with sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle the dough with the mixture, add the raisins.
Roll like a rolled cake, cut into 12 equal-sized brioche.
Place in a greased rectangular dish.
Cover and let rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Bake in the oven at 350°F (180 C) for 20-30 minutes.
