1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, butter, and egg. Form a ball of dough. Wrap it and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Form 1 log with the almond paste and coffee powder. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll it out. Using a brush, moisten with milk. Place the almond and coffee log on the dough and roll. Seal the edges. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F.
4. Bake for 15 minutes on parchment-lined baking sheets. Let cool completely.
5. Sprinkle with icing sugar and slice.
