1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.
7. In a small bowl, whip the cream cheese and mix with the lemon juice and zest. Add the powdered sugar and whip for 2 minutes.
8. Top one of every two biscuits with this mixture and top with another biscuit.
9. Repeat for all biscuits and serve.
