Preparation
Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Let simmer for 5 minutes and set aside.
Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, and set aside.
In the electric mixer bowl, cream the sugar and butter.
Add the vanilla extract, then the eggs, and mix well.
Add the banana puree and mix well.
Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk and mix until the preparation is smooth.
Divide the preparation into 6 ramekins of 4″ (10 cm) in diameter and 2 and 1/2″ (6.5 cm) high.
Pour the reserved sauce over the batter.
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet (as it will overflow and splash during cooking).
Bake for 30 minutes.
Unmold warm onto plates and serve with banana crisps.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and spread the preparation on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180 C) for 10 minutes.
