1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Hollow it out by scraping the core with a spoon. 2. Grate the flesh. Put it in a strainer and let it drain for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the cucumber with all the remaining ingredients.
3. Refrigerate before serving
