Roll the dates in 1/2 cup of white flour. Put everything in the food processor with the blade and run the machine until the dates are evenly chopped. Add the orange pieces and chop them finely. Then add the orange juice, eggs, butter, and run the machine until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mix the dry ingredients together and pour them into the food processor; run the machine just long enough to moisten all the ingredients well. Put the dough in the muffin tin lined with paper liners. Fill them to the brim. Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
