1. In a ceramic bowl, pour in the flour, salt, and sugar. Mix. Create a well in the center, add the 3 eggs and 100ml of milk.

2. Mix with a whisk, gradually pouring in the milk to obtain a smooth and thick batter. Incorporate the melted butter, remaining milk, and water.

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cooking.

4. When the crepes are cooked and cooled, place them flat on the work surface. Garnish each crepe with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Fold in the sides two by two to form a square.

5. In a hot pan, over low heat, melt a nut of salted butter. Place the crepes to brown for 1 minute on each side.

6. Serve hot.
