1- In a large volume of boiling salted water, cook the farfalle al dente. Drain and set aside.
2- In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the bread cubes and cook, over high heat, until golden brown. Remove the croutons and set aside.
3- In the same pan, add the broccoli florets, chicken, tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
4- Cover the pan and cook, over medium heat, for 10 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice.
5- Transfer the farfalle to the pan. Mix well and serve each plate sprinkled with croutons and parmesan cheese.
