1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with the baking powder. Add the beaten eggs with milk, oil, salt, and pepper to the center.
3. Mix into a homogeneous dough. Incorporate the Gruyère, herbs, and feta in pieces.
4. Pour this dough into a buttered cake mold. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Lower the oven to 180°C and cook for about 45 minutes. Pierce the center of the cake with a knife that should come out clean; if it shows signs of dough, continue cooking.
6. When it’s ready, remove the cake from the oven. Let it cool before unmolding and slicing. Serve with a tomato sauce with extra virgin olive oil.
