1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and almond powder. Add the butter and mix with your fingertips until you get a crumbly mixture.
3. Cut the figs into 4 pieces.
4. Butter a baking dish. Arrange the figs at the bottom of the dish. Drizzle with honey. Spread the crumble mixture over the figs.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
6. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
